Jonathan Jacobs

Main Line Health
Jonathan Jacobs is the Associate Vice President of Total Rewards at Main Line Health. In this role, he oversees all of Main Line Health’s benefit functions, including strategic and financial responsibility for health and welfare programs, pension, and retirement savings plans. Before joining Main Line Health, Jonathan served as the Vice President of Compensation at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, including 15 years in healthcare, Jonathan brings a wealth of expertise to his current position. He holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Business from Lynn University, a Master’s degree in Healthcare Policy from Thomas Jefferson University, and a Masters Certificate in Healthcare Quality.
