SUMMARY:2026 Employers Only Forum Series - Session 3
DESCRIPTION:GPBCH Employer Members\, join us on August 11\, 2026 at Noon (ET) for our Employers Only Virtual Meeting with special guest\, Russell DuBose\, Vice President of Human Resources at Phifer\, Inc. \nRussell and Phifer just finished their next 5-year planning cycle\, which was informed through visits with plan sponsors across the country who were innovating to improve overall healthcare results for their plans and participants. This “journey” started in 2015\, when DuBose faced a crisis as benefit costs outpaced wages at Phifer\, a family-owned U.S. manufacturing company. Drawing on his Lean Six Sigma background\, he led a kaizen event to analyze healthcare costs with manufacturing precision. Inspired by Rosen Hotels’ model\, he implemented a value-focused healthcare system that improved plan performance and affordability. His work earned Phifer recognition as one of America’s top employer health plans and the Harris Rosen Award for healthcare innovation \nOur Employer Only Meetings are a time for Employers to learn from one another in an open environment with no transcription or recording. I hope you will join this great conversation with Russell and colleagues from employers across our GPBCH Membership.
