118 hospitals across the country earned the Leapfrog Group 2018 Top Hospital Award. 13 were Children’s Hospitals, 35 General Hospitals, 53 Teaching Hospitals and 17 Rural Hospitals. Florida, California, New Jersey and Texas had strong showings, with 12 or more hospitals in each of those states receiving the elite distinction.

• Top Children’s Hospital: St. Christopher Hospital for Children
• Top Teaching Hospital: Jeanes Hospital, Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, Ocean Medical Center, Virtua Voorhees Hospital
