The Greater Philadelphia Business Coalition on Health is pleased to announce the publication of the 2026 GPBCH Diabetes Resource Guide, a resource developed to help individuals, employers, healthcare professionals, and community organizations more easily identify and connect with diabetes prevention, management, education, and support resources.

Diabetes continues to present a significant challenge for individuals, families, employers, and communities. For those at risk of developing type 2 diabetes, access to prevention and lifestyle-change resources can play an important role in reducing risk. For individuals already living with diabetes, ongoing education, disease management, and connections to appropriate healthcare and community resources can help support better health and quality of life.

The 2026 GPBCH Diabetes Resource Guide brings a variety of resources together in one convenient location, making it easier for organizations and individuals to identify programs and services that may meet their needs. The guide can also serve as a practical tool for employers looking to strengthen workforce health initiatives and connect employees and their families with additional diabetes-related support.

GPBCH encourages employers and other organizations to incorporate the guide into their existing health and well-being efforts. It can be shared through employee communications, benefits and wellness programs, health fairs, community events, educational initiatives, and other outreach activities. Healthcare and community partners are also encouraged to share the resource with the populations they serve.

Developing resources that help connect people with credible information and available support is an important part of advancing diabetes prevention and management. GPBCH is proud to make the 2026 Diabetes Resource Guide available and encourages our members, partners, and broader community to help extend its reach.

We invite you to explore the 2026 GPBCH Diabetes Resource Guide and share it with colleagues, employees, patients, families, and community members who may benefit from these resources!
