Guest Biographies:
Patrick Henry, PharmD, MBA, Employers Health
As a clinical advisor, Patrick works closely with the clinical team at Employers Health to provide clinical insight for benefit professionals around the country. He contributes information about new drugs, overall trends and makes plan design recommendations to promote health outcomes while reducing costs. In addition, he assists in delivering flu shots as part of the Employers Health Flu Immunization Program. He has prior experience in various pharmacy settings including retail and specialty, and he also served as a managed care student intern for a statewide health insurance company. Patrick obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy and his undergraduate degree in neurobiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Emily Malloy, PharmD, Employers Health
As a pharmacy resident, Emily works alongside the clinical and client solutions teams to provide clinical insight to plan sponsors across the U.S. She assists in identifying strategies that will help guide clients’ health care decision making while reducing cost and misuse. Additionally, she works to inform clients about new drug data and overall trends. Prior to joining Employers Health, Emily worked as a pharmacy intern at multiple organizations throughout Cleveland, Ohio. She completed both her Doctor of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences at The Ohio State University.
