This year’s annual Wellness Summit brought together nearly 200 GPBCH employer and affiliate members, as well as members of the public. Our focus for the day – “The Power of Wellness: Advancing Every Employee’s Health Journey”.

The day began with several sessions focused on how employers can use data to create their wellness strategy, followed by a block of sessions spotlighting how employers can better manage chronic disease. After lunch, we narrowed in on access to care and how to better engage your employees in the wellness journey.

During this webinar, we heard from Jennifer Jones, Clinical Solutions Director with Noom, who delved into how employers can support these goals, short and long-term, by integrating behavioral science and technology into the programs offered to members. Additionally, we explored options for providing access to GLP-1 medications as part of a sustainable approach to weight loss and health improvements.
